Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics delays, festive seasons, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to follow your order till delivery.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

At the moment, we do not ship outside India.
